Renewal Checklist

Before renewing your policy, please:

1. Check your details

Ensure the information in your Policy Invitation is correct and appropriate for your needs.

2. Review your disclosure obligations

Refer to your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). If there are changes or new matters to disclose, contact us before renewal.

Step 2:

Pay Online

Fastest & easiest option

Log in to your mi‑bike insurance portal to make a secure payment using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Step 3:

Pay by Phone

Automated credit card payment system

Call 1300 780 446 to pay over the phone.

Please have ready:

Your credit card details

Your policy number

Pay by Mail

Send your payment by post
